Intertainment AG follows most recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code Most recently on December 19, 2003, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Intertainment AG have announced the Declaration of Accordance to the recommendations of the Government Commission for Corporate Governance as defined in German Stock Corporation Law sec. 161 [§ 161 AktG]. With this, the company commits itself to comply with most of the recommendations.
